The fitness area of our hotel in Les Sables d'Olonne is open free of charge to hotel guests and includes 3 pieces of equipment:

Wellness area
The HAMMAM
In order to release tension, relax or detoxify the body, immerse yourself in a steam bath between 40 and 50°. We lend you a bathrobe, but you must wear a swimming costume during the session.

THE INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna is particularly suitable for people who cannot stand the heat of a traditional sauna. The benefits of the infrared sauna are numerous. The infrared rays accelerate the cellular functions which cause an increase in blood circulation, improve the cardiovascular system and strengthen the immunity system.
We lend you a bathrobe, but you must wear a swimming costume during the session.

Water jet
The hydro-massage system without undressing, simply lie down on the mattress in your street clothes and relax. Warm water jets are projected in regular movements onto the underside of the lying surface and massage from head to toe.
The massage programmes have been developed in collaboration with health and sports professionals.
